Our lyft drive said his wife works here and he had a box of cookie and let us try them so good. He told us to check out the store. We plan to come by soon but thank you for the sample
Pulled into the parking lot in a whim and had to check it out. Small, but intentional, selection of Indonesian-focused foods at decent prices. Clean and bright, if not just a tad cramped. Found some new favorites (uh, chili anchovy paste on EVERYTHING please!) plus some standards (Mi Goreng ramen, Datu Puti vinegar). Lots of snacks. They also have a food counter with traditional Indonesian hot food - which I didn't get to try this time, but will definitely be back. Best part is the super super friendly service and staff. I'd go back just to get to talk to Maya again!
My wife shops here at least once a week. It's in a prime location and has everything you need from cooked food to sauces. Pricing is very reasonable as well. The owner is very kind and has wonderful employees here and that is why we go here. Place is very clean, and has everything you need in one market!
What a cute shop with all things Indonesian! The lady at the front counter was super helpful with her recommendations of "local favorites", also giving good advice for someone who might want less sweet and healthier options. Groceries are mostly packaged and seem non-perishable, though the smells of freshly made food and seating at the back give one the impression of freshly made food also being served. A handful of ladies giggled and chatted while the rest of us perused and shopped. The space is small, and set in a corner spot of a strip mall, with parking directly out front. It'll be fun to return and choose some new-to-us items to sample.
Such a nice Indonesian market with a deli! I tried the nasi padang with beef rendang as recommended by the staff and it felt very fresh and flavored well. The dining area is super small with just a few tables but it was still nice how intimate the space was. I got to talk with the staff a bit and they were all so friendly.
Really awesome Indonesian groceries with ready to eat food that are super authentic and delicious.
Amazing Indonesian market!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have so many options for at home Indonesian cooking, snacks and drinks. We are so excited about their kitchen they recently opened as well! They said they will have new menus weekly. We got the rendang today that did not disappoint. We can't wait to come back for more!!
This is a delightful Indonesian market that also carries things from all over Asia. Peruse the aisles and check out the goods! I found unique treats I'm itching to try! Maya is sweet so be sure to ask her any questions if you need help.
I was super psyched when I found out this long-awaited Indonesian-specialty store finally opened. Located in the corner of Parkland Plaza, Lynnwood. This store recently opened, selling mainly Indonesian goodies that are hard to find in Seattle but you can also find other popular snacks like the super yummy Salted Egg Chips by the Golden Duck (in my opinion, way better than Irvin's). They have complete collections of Indonesian products like chili, seasonings, snacks, drinks, soy sauce, instant noodles etc. The guy who works there speaks English fluently, he's always so friendly and clear with his answers to the many questions I've asked his way lol. The store is very spacious, organized, and clean. They also sell fresh hot dishes like Nasi Padang priced $15 each but the portion is huge! Both Beef Rendang and Kalio Chicken are delicious and bangs for your bucks. You can't go wrong with either, but I personally like the Kalio Chicken version better. They have a refrigerated dish too like Rawon soup (Indonesian black beef soup); however I think the rawon needs improvement as it's different from an authentic rawon that I'm used to back in Indonesia. They have a small seating area if you want to eat your food there, and they also have a microwave for heating up your food. They will also have an on-site kitchen in the future for even more options of fresh made-to-order food. Can't wait for that! They are somewhat responsive (expect a little delay in response time) if you reach out to them on their Facebook page but once they reply, you get a clear detailed reply to your inquiries. They are open Tuesday-Sunday 9AM-7PM and closed on Mondays. Plenty of parking space in front of the store too!
